FRIDAY
Fridays are for Surrender & Flow
Fridays wash away delusion and allow us to float on the beauty of what is. These days are fueled by truth; they ask us to use our power of acceptance to float on the waters of our reality. Equally, if we don’t accept what is, Friday’s have the power of taking us into the depths of our emotional waters. Truth can we a flotation device or an anchor: we choose.
Intention: Align with truth. Surrender to the current.
Truth is the constant understanding that no matter the feeling: You are Loved, You are Whole & Your are Enough.
This means that even when we take responsibility for error or know we need to change- it doesnt mean anything about our wholeness or worthiness of love. Quite the opposite, the act of taking responsibility for the change needed is in service of honoring our wholeness.
When we feel enough- we don’t need to play the blame game to keep ourself worthy— we understand that because we are innately worthy- we need not make anyone else feel any way, there is enough love for all of us, all at once. We created our reality and therefore can create a new one — that understanding is true personal freedom.
Any reality observed from this vantage point is truth and if you don’t like what you see- Fridays are here to help you realize whats needed. The energy of Fridays are like floodwaters here to wash way delusions & bring you face to face with the lessons uncovered in yesterdays processing.
Visual Activation: Color Blue
Blue rules expression, truth, and discernment.
Your voice is a divine tool for sharing your gifts through sound and audible frequencies.
Body System: Throat Chakra/ Expression/ Sense of Taste
The throat chakra manages the flow of life, the speaking of truth and our sense of taste. Our ability to go with the flow of life (even when the currents change). That is because ease depends on our feelings of safety within the world. How safe you feel is going to largely dictate what you believe is possible. If you believe you live in a loving world, new opporunities might feel exciting- you would know that the world is on your side and so the new opportunity would feel possible & more like a gift. But if you believe we live in a spiteful world where your worth is conditional, changes might feel like punishment. Instead of seizing new opportunities, you would begin asking yourself what you did wrong- instead of accepting the guidance. How safe you feel dictates your version of reality.
Same rules apply for speaking truth. Your freedom to express yourself, if going to depend on the level of safety your nervous system feels when doing so. If your body associates truth-telling with danger—like rejection, conflict, or abandonment—you will instinctively silence yourself, even when your mind knows better. This is not weakness; it’s a survival response. The throat chakra, when balanced, allows energy to flow freely between thought, feeling, and expression. But when it’s constricted by fear, shame, or past experiences of being silenced, we censor our truth to stay “safe.”
The ability to speak your truth with clarity and confidence is not just a mindset—it’s a somatic experience. It requires reconditioning your body to believe that your voice is welcome here. That your truth doesn’t need to be palatable to be valid. That expression isn’t a risk—it’s a reclamation. And just like with the flow of life, the more internal safety you build, the more freely and powerfully you’ll speak. Because in a safe body, expression feels like freedom, not threat.
Movement : Bee’s Breath (Bhramari Pranayama), Awakening Acient Truth
Set a timer for 1 minute
Sit in a cross legged position or seated in a chair with knees at 90 degrees and spine tall
Push shoulders back to align with the hips and lean back until you feel a slight touch in the belly
Begin to breathe
Bring your back teeth together gently and begin to hum
Move the sound forward to the front of the mouth while keeping teeth in position
Let the hum become a buzzing sound coming through your 2 front teeth & the tongue
Continue to buzz, taking breathes as needed and coming back to the buzz until timer runs out
Humming is an ancient priestess practice of the Melissae— sacred bee priestesses of ancient Greece who used sound and vibration to channel divine wisdom and healing. Their humming mimicked the bees, creating resonance that opened spiritual gateways and cleared energy blocks.
A powerful way to unlock stuck energy in the throat and lungs, regulate the nervous system, and activate intuition.
Clears the Throat & Lungs
The hum sends vibration through the vocal cords and chest, releasing blocked emotion, unspoken truths, and energetic stagnation.Calms the Nervous System
Humming stimulates the vagus nerve, easing anxiety and shifting the body into rest-and-receive mode—ideal for safe, authentic expression.Boosts Intuition & Focus
The sound waves reach the third eye, quieting mental chatter and enhancing clarity, inner guidance, and mind-body alignment.
