These days are about leaning on your past lessons to take aligned action towards our future intentions. This means we rely on our confidence & expand based on the gold you’ve found in the shitty circumstances you’ve stepped in along the way.
Intention: Process lessons. Take aligned action.
Today is about taking action— which is often easier said than done. Most of us get stuck in cobwebs of doubts and overthinking that leads to delay, then distractions seem to keep us exactly where we are. Our whole system is designed for it —profits from it even, but that’s why you’re here —to break this cycle of madness.
Today you remember that change is just a choice away. You can move confidently towards your inspirations because you KNOW that the Universe would never waste it’s time inspiring you with something you weren’t meant to do. Listening within is a game of confidence because at the end of the day- you are the only one that can hear it. And trust me- you’re the only one it’s going to make sense to.
If you’ve been trying to take action but feeling stuck- you may be applying “lessons” that are actually trauma responses & not truth . Remember that you already amazing and anything that says otherwise is a damn lie. The Universe only deals in brilliance and yours is unmistakable.

Stomach processes life like the stomach- lessons stored like nutrients- garbage/ waste/ fluff/ gets released as waste. If we learn a lesson, it becomes a strength or nutrient for future use in life. When we are confident in life-we see lessons everywhere just waiting to be applied. This is the golden nectar of life.
Trauma is when we process lies as truth and store this as information- when we don’t the believe truth of who we are because of the lie- we actually reject the “truth” to keep the trauma safe. It’s what i like to call pretend confusion. Like if we injure our right foot but instead of getting help- we favor the left foot. Yes we will avoidb pain in the right foot but we will likely end up injuring the left in an effort to avoid facing the original injury- same is true with trauma. Eventually the lies you have to believe to cover up the original lie adds up. Is why most of us store so much in our mid sections- layers of unprocessed or misprocessed truth that we protect with layers of lies to make it all be true.
Our sense of touch is activated on Thursdays - this sense is related to the skin (our largest organ) and its nerve endings. The skin is a largely overlooked sensory organ- as it covers all of our human body- it serves as the first (or last) line of defense for our organ health- often sending messages from within. So much so that the skin on our palms/face/feet are said to map our entire bodys organ health.
Movement : Release the belly to learn the lessons
Eases digestion & releases stomach. Unlike other movement sequences- here we want to EASE digestion vs activate it. This is because digestion requires time and attention to find the lessons/ nutrients in our life/food. By helping this process- we are able to tune into our body even more. Definetly keep a notebook handy- the stomach tends to speak loudly.
STEPS:
Lay on your back, knees bent, hands by your side
Breathe deeply imagining all 4 corners of your back pressing into the earth/yoga mat
To deepen/adjust:
Add a pillow underneath your hips to help expand solar plexus area
or
Create a figure 4 by crossing your ankle over knee to release lower belly area. Switch legs.
Journal Prompt: creating balance through change

Ritual: Burn the obstacle- Make the change
Take a piece of white paper or a prayer petal & write down 3 actions youve been avoiding
Write a list of actions you've been avoiding.
Then flip it over and write: “And so it is, And so it is, And so it is”
Burn the Petal or Paper
Visualize this fire being the light that leads your forward
Ask the Universe & your future self to show you the way forward as its burning.
Choose one action from the list, to do TODAY.
If you still feel more action is needed , consider doing a full Rose burning Ritual.
