SATURDAY
Saturdays are for Assessment & Recalibration
The last day in the 7 day cycle, Saturdays ask us to look back & collect the wisdom generated. This assessment day asks us to look within to put together the clues and messages generated to gain a greater prespective. The Higher self rules this process by bringing us back to the unconditional love and acceptance that your reality is always working in your favor, for your highest good.
Intention: Find clarity. Simplify for success.
Ruled by Saturn—the planet of structure, discipline, and divine timing—Saturdays invite a pause to realign with what truly matters. It’s not a day of hustle, but of conscious recalibration. It’s the sacred exhale after a week of effort, where you gather the scattered threads and weave them into something coherent and purposeful. Under the frequency of indigo, this day becomes a ritual of refinement—of turning inward, listening closely, and letting your inner authority speak louder than the world’s noise.
Living with this intention means giving yourself permission to assess what’s working and what’s not—from your routines and habits to your energy expenditures and emotional investments. It’s a day to review your calendar with intuitive eyes, not just logical ones. To ask yourself: Does this feel aligned? Am I operating from truth or obligation? Indigo energy helps pierce through illusion, so you can simplify not just for efficiency—but for soul integrity.
The act of recalibration isn’t about self-criticism; it’s about returning to resonance. By tuning into your inner wisdom, especially through practices like journaling, meditation, and silence, you create space to hear what your body, your business, and your spirit actually need. Saturdays become your reset button—your chance to clear mental clutter, refine your vision, and remember that success doesn’t come from doing more, but from doing what’s truly aligned.
To live this way on Saturdays is to move like a mystic in modern life: with clarity, intentionality, and deep self-trust. It’s how you anchor the unseen into the seen. It's how you make your life a masterpiece—one wise, simplified step at a time.
Visual Activation: Color Indigo
Indigo is the color of the threshold—the liminal space between the seen and unseen, where logic dissolves and the soul speaks. It resonates deeply with the sixth chakra, the third eye, the center of inner vision, psychic perception, and spiritual insight. When this indigo current flows freely, it illuminates the internal landscape with clarity, helping us to not just see—but perceive—beyond surface-level distractions.
This is the color that matures intuition into trust. It asks us to lean into the mystery, to act on hunches, gut feelings, and visions that cannot yet be validated by the physical world. Indigo invites us to slow down and re-attune to our subtle senses—those that pick up on energy shifts, symbols in dreams, and the whispers of our ancestors. It is not loud or flashy, but quietly powerful, working in the shadows where the most ancient truths lie.
In color therapy and esoteric traditions, indigo is said to help dissolve illusion, sharpen focus, and restore a sense of calm certainty in the unknown. It is also the color of the night sky, reminding us that even in the dark, there is infinite light waiting to be revealed.
Wearing, meditating with, or surrounding yourself with indigo can help activate your inner oracle, amplify clairvoyance, and create the energetic boundaries needed to hear your own truth amidst the noise. It is the cloak of the mystic, the ink of the seer, and the veil that both hides and reveals the sacred.
Body System: Listening and Pituitary function
Indigo is the color of the mystic and the intuitive. Closely linked with the pituitary gland, “the master gland,” indigo governs the delicate balance of our hormones and plays a crucial role in regulating our inner rhythms—sleep, growth, emotional equilibrium, and energetic sensitivity. When activated, this center fine-tunes your perception beyond logic and linearity, opening the portal to divine downloads, dreams that guide, and spontaneous knowing.
This inner knowing often arrives not through sight, but through sound—subtle tones, energetic impressions, and the quiet voice within. Indigo heightens the auditory sense in its most mystical form: inner hearing, or clairaudience. This is the sense that allows you to receive intuitive messages as whispers, melodies, or the gentle echo of truth in the stillness of your own being. It is the hum of alignment, the resonance of spiritual insight that bypasses spoken language and lands like a bell ringing in your chest.
The pituitary gland plays a role here not just physiologically, but vibrationally. As the regulator of circadian rhythms and hormonal cycles, it creates the internal environment necessary for deep listening—when the nervous system is calm, the pineal and pituitary glands harmonize to produce states of expanded awareness. In this space, you are more likely to hear the guidance of your higher self, ancestors, or divine source as a soft frequency that cuts through confusion.
Indigo reminds us that truth doesn’t always shout—it often whispers. And those whispers? They are the sacred threads leading you back to your soul’s blueprint. They are the lullabies of your lineage, the soft yes of alignment, the tone that brings the formless into form. To walk with indigo is to become fluent in the language of vibration, to honor sound not just as noise, but as a carrier of encoded wisdom.

Ritual: Mirror Ritual for confronting your inner faith
Preparation
Light a candle or burn sacred smoke (palo santo, mugwort, or incense) to clear the space.
Choose a quiet, private place with a mirror (bathroom, altar space, or handheld mirror).
Have water nearby (to drink or symbolize emotional purification).
Optional: Place your hands on your heart or sacral area to ground yourself before beginning.
Step-by-Step Ritual Outline
🔹 1. Center Yourself
Take 3 deep breaths.
Feel your feet rooted to the ground and your body fully present.
Say aloud: “I am safe to see myself. I am ready to hear the truth.”
🔹 2. Eye Gazing Initiation
Look directly into your own eyes in the mirror.
Hold your gaze for 2–3 minutes without speaking.
Notice any internal resistance, judgment, or emotion that arises. Just observe.
🔹 3. Speak Your Intention Aloud
Begin with: “The truth I’m ready to speak is…”
Speak your intention clearly, slowly, and as honestly as possible.
Use “I am” or “I intend to…” statements. Example:
“I intend to stop abandoning myself for others.”
“I am ready to claim my worth, even when it makes others uncomfortable.”
🔹 4. Witness Your Inner Response
Pause after each truth.
Look into your eyes and notice how your body reacts—tightening, softening, tears, warmth, avoidance.
Ask inwardly: “How does my body feel hearing this truth?”
Let any emotional reaction be a valid part of the process—this is the medicine.
🔹 5. Reflect It Back with Compassion
Mirror back what you see with love.
Say: “I see you. I believe you. I honor this truth.”
Optional: Place your hand on the mirror as a symbolic connection to your reflection.
🔹 6. Seal It with a Blessing
Say: “May this truth guide me. May I have the courage to act in alignment with what I’ve spoken.”
Blow out the candle or take a sip of the water as a sealing act.
🔹 7. Journal or Voice Record (Optional but powerful)
Record any insight, resistance, or breakthroughs.
Ask: What did I hear in my own voice? What was hard to say or receive?
Closing Thought:
This ritual is not about perfection—it’s about intimacy with yourself. Facing your reflection and speaking truth cracks open your self-trust and reconnects you to your intuitive compass. Do it weekly or whenever you feel disconnected from your inner voice.
