Mondays are for CONNECTING with your highest self.
Named for the Moon, Mondays are the days we must learn to trust our own wisdom. Like the Moon, our inner knowing shines out in the darkness & it never fails us as long as we take time to invite it in.
The veil is thin today and the divine codes of your DNA are calling you to listen. They are reminding you that you already have enough wisdom, otherwise you wouldn’t be inspired in the first day
Intention: To restore FAITH in truth. You are already enough
When your intention is that of faith- you can move beyond rational possibility and into the world of miraculous abundance. Today is the day to connect to your highest visions and dream on the wings of faith. Let go of the cage of rational thinking for it is much too small for the greatness you have within.
Visual Activation: Color Violet
The color violet restores peace in the mind so that we can remember our divine connection with the heavens. Violet activates one end of our rainbow bridge within- the bridge of spiritual connection housed in our human bodies as the chakra system. The violet end is most closely connected with the heavens and with the energy of miracles.
Body System: Crown Chakra, Pituitary gland & Hormone regulation
This energy connects you to divine inspiration, insight, and spiritual clarity. Hormones influence emotional regulation in the body. Faith in the Universe helps stabilize these hormones by creating a sense of innate safety outside of cuircumstance.
But when we do not trust that life is on our side, we live in a victim mindset which activates our stress response to life.

Come on to your knees, bring your toes todgether
Sit your hips back on your toes as much as possible (add pillows for comfort)
Surrender forward —place pillows underneath your face to bring the earth up to you

Ritual: Activating your connection
Light a candle- let this represents your divine connection.
Anoint your crown with my signature ritual oil any essential oil — let this represent your earthly connection.
Sit in stillness, close your eyes and visualize— Your body becoming a rainbow bridge of light from the root of your spine (red) to the crown of your head (violet).
See the light of the candle above you —calling in a stream of silvery white light from above into your anointed crown.
Feel yourself being filled up from the crown— an endless stream of light descends into you from the heavens.
When you feel yourself full & glowing— your connection is complete.
